NATURE OF THE SERVICE
AInvest is an AI-powered investment decision-support and educational service. It provides general orientation and information about investment asset classes, risk profiles, and portfolio allocation concepts. AInvest does not provide personalised investment advice within the meaning of applicable financial services regulations (e.g. MiFID II). Nothing on AInvest constitutes an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

The frameworks and information generated by AInvest are for educational and orientation purposes only. They do not take into account your complete personal financial circumstances. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use AInvest lawfully and in good faith. Using it to process or distribute unlawful, misleading or harmful content is prohibited. You are responsible for the security of your device and access credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You will indemnify the operator against claims arising from your use of the service or a breach of these terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service and all content are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Westbridge Media F.Z.E, its affiliates and licensors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss. Total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid to the operator in the last three months or (b) USD 100. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent or gross negligence) remains unaffected.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Ajman / Ajman Free Zone) apply. Disputes are resolved by binding, confidential individual arbitration under the DIAC rules in the UAE (in English). Class and collective actions are waived. Contact: legal@conconai.com
